Large games on Unpack Games are sometimes split into multiple part files (for example Game.7z.001, Game.7z.002, Game.7z.003, ...). This keeps each download small and easy to resume — but you need to combine them before playing. Don't worry, it's easier than it sounds.

Before you start

  1. Download ALL parts. If the download page says Part File (Total 12 part), you need all 12 files. Missing even one part = extraction fails.
  2. Put every part in the SAME folder.
  3. Do NOT rename the files. The numbering (.001, .002, ...) is how the extractor finds the next part.

Extract on Windows (7-Zip — free)

  1. Install 7-Zip if you don't have it.
  2. Make sure all parts are in one folder.
  3. Right-click the FIRST part only (the file ending in .001).
  4. Choose 7-Zip → Extract Here (or Extract to "Game").
  5. 7-Zip automatically reads .002, .003, and the rest — you get one extracted game folder.
  6. Open the folder and run the game. Done — games here are preinstalled, no setup needed.

WinRAR users: the same idea applies. For .part1.rar files, right-click the file with part1 in the name and choose Extract Here — WinRAR chains the remaining parts automatically.

Extract on Android (Winlator / GameHub)

Use ZArchiver (free on Play Store):

  1. Move all parts into one folder on your device or SD card.
  2. Open ZArchiver and navigate to that folder.
  3. Tap the .001 fileExtract here (or choose a destination folder).
  4. ZArchiver merges every part and extracts the full game folder.
  5. Point Winlator or GameHub to the extracted folder and play.

Common errors and fixes

Error Cause Fix
"Cannot open file as archive" You extracted a middle part (.002, .003, ...) Always extract the .001 file
"Missing volume" / "Cannot find part" A part wasn't downloaded or is in another folder Re-check the total, put ALL parts in one folder
CRC / checksum error A part is corrupted (interrupted download) Re-download that part, then extract again
Extraction is very slow Low storage or slow SD card Free up space; extract to internal storage if possible

FAQ

Do I extract every part one by one? No — only the .001 file. The extractor pulls in the rest automatically.

Can I delete the part files after extracting? Yes. Once the game runs fine, the .001/.002/... files are no longer needed.

A part link is dead — what do I do? Every part is usually mirrored on more than one host. Try the other host buttons under the same Part N heading.

Happy gaming! Every game on Unpack Games is preinstalled — once extracted, just launch and play.
