If you miss the golden age of chaotic arcade racers where surviving a track meant destroying everything in your path, TRAIL OUT is the adrenaline-fueled throwback you need. Heavily inspired by classic demolition derby titles like FlatOut, this game is all about high-speed wrecks, flying drivers, and pure vehicular mayhem. It is easily one of the most explosive PC games you can jump into right now if you just want to turn off your brain, blast a heavy metal soundtrack, and smash some cars into tiny pieces.

Storyline

The narrative drops you into the rugged shoes of a reckless driver named Mihalych, a guy desperate to make a name for himself and earn some serious cash. To do that, you enter the insane TRAIL OUT festival, a global tournament where eccentric drivers fight for absolute dominance. Guided by your bizarre gasmask-wearing mechanic, you have to climb a blacklist by earning fans, surviving brutal boss duels, and putting on a wild show. The story is completely cheesy, packed with dark humor, and feels exactly like a ridiculous B-movie action flick.

gaming experience.

When it comes to actual gameplay, the wild destruction physics completely steal the show. You will spend your time blasting through highly destructible environments—smashing through barns, setting off massive chain-reaction explosions, and knocking opponents off the road until their rides literally fall apart. Aside from standard races and chaotic survival derbies, the game throws in hilarious mini-games where you intentionally launch your driver out of the windshield to play human bowling or darts. With a ton of junk cars to fix up, upgrade, and customize in your garage, every single race is just pure, unfiltered fun.
